Q: Do I have to buy gold to take part in the affiliate marketing program?
A: No.
Q: Can I just be a customer?
A: Yes, you may, but why wouldn't you want to be a marketing affiliate? Being an affiliate is 100% free. You never know when you might meet someone who wants to convert a lot of their paper money into real gold bullion. Why would you not want to be in position to refer them and potentially earn a commission on their transactions?
Q: In what sizes (weights) are the kinebar gold bullion cards available?
A: 0.5 gram, 1.0 gram, 2.5 gram, and 5.0 gram. A smaller, 0.25 gram kinebar gold card will be available soon.
Q: Why don't you offer gold in ounces?
A:
Ounces are simply too expensive for the average person. The price of gold, at the time this was last edited, is over $1,400 per ounce. In addition, one ounce of gold is simply too large to be inserted into cards. Also, such high denominations would be very difficult to use for common
transactions.
Please understand the true purpose of the kinebar gold card. Ultimately, these cards are meant to provide people with a new type of currency that may replace (or at least supplement) the rampant use of paper currency that is of no intrinsic value. DO NOT look at the kinebar gold card as a speculative investment in gold. Instead, look at the kinebar gold card as a new form of currency that literally has intrinsic value. It is a convenient form of currency that is not only backed by gold, it literally is gold!
Besides, gold is currently valued at approximately $1,400 per ounce. Do you carry $1,000 bills in your wallet??

Q: Why is all the information listed in euros instead of dollars?
A: The company plans to operate worldwide, so it would actually be far more confusing if all of the currencies were used. Since currency exchange rates change literally every split second, it would be impossible to publish any accurate documents. A single standard needed to be adopted, and that standard was chosen to be the Euro. All currencies are
converted into Euros and all transactions occur in Euros, because the
company is in Europe. This is not likely to change.
Q: How can commissions be paid to infinity?
A: The commission is a fixed number. It is simply divided among the people who helped to spread the word. You receive the amount for which you are qualified. As you qualify for higher and higher levels, you receive the difference between what you are qualified to receive and the amount that the people you referred are qualified to receive.
EXAMPLE: If you are currently qualified to receive commissions and bonuses at the Gold Manager level, and someone that you personally referred only qualifies to receive commissions and bonuses at the Bronze Supervisor level, then you will receive the difference between the two levels. For the Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB), they would receive 280 euros on their personally referred customers and you would receive the difference of (550-280) 270 euros on EVERY new customer in THEIR entire referral group!
Q:
In terms of qualification requirements to receive higher commissions
rates, are the numbers listed in the table the totals of absolutely
everyone in my "group" all the way down to infinity?
A:
Yes. This is often very easy to forget. You should not think that you
have to individually achieve all of the qualifications that you need to
meet for advancement all by yourself. ALL of the requirements refer to
the activity generated by your entire team. In this respect, you
should realize that this may be much easier than you think. If you
refer others who are very active and generate a lot of referrals, you
most definitely will benefit from their efforts. Don't think that you
have to do this all by yourself.
Q: Do my purchases count towards my own commissions?
A: No. You join first as a customer. You are a customer of the person who sponsored you. Your purchases count toward their sales totals. All of the people that you refer will be your customers. You earn commissions based on the deposits made by your customers. Invite as many people as you can. Go out and get more customers for yourself.
Q: Do my own purchases count toward my own qualification totals?
A:
No. This is similar to the previous question. You join first as a
customer. If you choose to also be a referral affiliate, you then join your sponsor's referral team. The points awarded due to your purchases count
toward your sponsor's qualification totals. The same applies to you. All of the points awarded in your entire referral team (to infinity) count towards your qualification totals. Refer more people!
Q: What is a "point"?
A:
This is an issue that confuses many people. One point is awarded for every one euro that is
converted into gold bullion, but please be aware that this statement only applies to the
first month of a long term contract. In every subsequent month, the
affiliate will be awarded 1/10 of a point for each euro that is
converted into gold bullion. Also, on single, one-time transactions,
the affiliate will be awarded 1/10 of a point for each euro that is
converted into gold bullion. In most cases, only
1/10 of a point will be awarded for each euro that is
converted into gold bullion. One of the marketing teams within the company has generated marketing materials that, unfortunately, only confuse this issue. The charts produced by this group state very clearly that one
point equals one euro, but the only time that this is actually true is
on the first month of a long term contract. Please read the official company compensation plan for all of the accurate details.
Q: What is a "contract"?
A:
A contract is an agreement whereby a customer/affiliate agrees to
purchase gold bullion over a period of time. The minimum monthly amount is $50 euros. The contracts are flexible and can be customized to suit your specific savings goals.
Q: If a customer defaults on their agreed upon contract, how does that affect an affiliates commissions.
A:
If the affiliate has received their Customer Acquisition Bonus, but the customer then fails to fulfill their savings obligations as specified in the agreement, then the affiliate may be required to return a portion of the commission that they received in advance. The details of this are in the official corporate compensation plan document.
Q: Please describe the Customer Acquisition Bonus?
A:
Customer Acquisition Bonus: This is only awarded when a customer signs
a "contract" to deposit a predetermined amount of currency into their gold bullion account over time. The total bonus
paid out on each new customer agreement is always 670 Euros. That bonus will be divided among various
affiliates depending upon their qualification level.
For example: If
you are a Bronze Supervisor, then you qualify to receive 280 Euros.
Your upline sponsors will receive the remainder of the CAB
(670-280=390) depending upon their qualification level.
In addition, please be aware that the bonus is paid out on a "pro rata"
basis which means this... The bonus will be fully paid to the
affiliate as the customer deposits currency into their gold account on an ongoing
basis.
Q:
The compensation plan states that a Customer Acquisition Bonus of 670
Euros is paid out on every new contract. If the customer is only
converting 50 Euros per month, how can such a large commission be paid
to the affiliates?
A:
This is a question that many people have. All Customer Acquisition Bonuses are paid on a "pro rata" or residual basis. It doesn't matter if they deposit 50 euros per month, 100 euros per month, or 500 euros per month. The CAB bonus is based on the fact that the customer agreed to deposit a certain amount over time. The Customer Acquisition Bonus is based on the TOTAL amount that the customer agreed to deposit, not the monthly amount.
Q: How are points awarded on one-time purchases and "contracts"?
A:
On one-time transactions, the conversion value in Euros is multiplied
by 10% to arrive at the number of points (1 Euro = 1/10 point) that are
awarded to the affiliate's account. In a long term contract, the
customer chooses to convert a certain amount of currency into gold
bullion each month. The first month of the contract, points are
awarded on a 1 Point = 1 Euro basis. In subsequent months, the amount
of currency that is converted into gold bullion is multiplied by 10% of
the total in order to calculate the point total (One Euro = 1/10
point).
The maximum number of points awarded on any transaction is 500 points. In the first month of a contract,
if 500 Euros are converted, 500 points will be awarded. In another
example, in the first month of a contract, if 1,000 Euros are converted,
the affiliate will only be rewarded the maximum 500 points (Not 1,000
as might be mistakenly expected).
